Northstar's manufacturing processes include: shearing, sawing, forming, bending, welding, fabrication, machining, painting and assembly. We have recently installed a state-of-the-art powder coat paint system. Products are thoroughly cleaned with an abrasive blasting process and electrostatically painted with powder and baked in a high temperature oven that produces the ultimate in finished durability and appearance.
